Tottenham Act to Ward Off Real Interest in Alli
After several summers without Real Madrid spending big to bring stars to the club, we`re expecting things to be different.
The 3-1 defeat at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur, at Wembley in the Champions League further alerted Real Madrid to the potential of the Tottenham duo of Harry Kane and Dele Alli.
Both have since been acknowledged as possible targets of Real Madrid, either in the summer of 2018 or the summer of 2019.
However, whilst Harry Kane seems, at the moment, content to remain in North London do Tottenham have fears that 21-year-old Alli might be tempted by the pleasures that playing for Real Madrid might bring?
That could be the case with the news source, the Daily Mail, reporting that the English Premier League club are set to double the young midfielders wages to fend off any interest from both ourselves and our European rivals, Paris Saint-Germain.
But does ambition override money?
That is something we could be about to find out!
