Real's Zidane Rates Liverpool Striker
A signing made in the summer, by Liverpool, has worked out to be the signing of the summer transfer window many believe.
When Liverpool paid a fortune for the Egyptian striker Mohamed Salah, judgement was reserved as to whether Jurgen Klopp has orchestrated a good deal or not.
After all, Premier League aficionados remember how Salah, as a Chelsea player, failed to make an impact in the English Premier League.
But, a plethora of goals have shown that Salah is really the real deal.
As a result, speculation, despite the fact Salah has been at Anfield for less than a season, suggests that Real Madrid could be interested in signing the player.
The insinuation comes courtesy of the good folk of the red-top English tabloid publication, The Sun, who, following up on the revelation from the Egyptian national boss, Hector Cuper, suggesting Real Madrid were going to make a move for the 25-year-old, now carry quotes attributed to the Real Madrid boss, Zinedine Zidane, suggesting Salah is a player he rates a lot.
Could a switch to the Bernabeu be on the cards or is it all just wishful thinking?
