United Lower Bale`s Potential Transfer Valuation
The future of the Real Madrid star, Gareth Bale, continues to generate column inches in the media.
The 28-year-old Welsh international has been troubled by injuries this season and after raising hopes that he`d overcome them with an appearance from the bench in the Copa del Rey match in midweek, Bale was once again not considered to be fit enough for the La Liga clash with Athletic Bilbao this weekend.
One destination that seems to get mentioned more often than others when it comes to a possible move for Bale, is that of Old Trafford and Manchester United.
However, according to the news source, The Mirror, Manchester United`s valuation of the player has slipped.
Whereas, once, a figure in the region of £100 million was being quoted as a transfer fee, our referenced source is now of the opinion that Manchester United now rate the player somewhere in the region of between £50 million and £60 million.
It wouldn`t have anything to do with his worsening injury record would it?
