Vital View - Champions League - 26th September 2017
The Champions League season continued with the latest round of games played in midweek.
Tottenham made it two out of two with a win against Apoel Nicosia but it wasn't enough to take them above holders Real Madrid - a win over Borussia Dortmund has Real sitting at the top of Group H. Both hold a healthy six point advantage.
It also looks good for Besiktas after they inflicted defeat on Leipzig to top Group G, ahead of Porto who won in Monaco.
Manchester City maintained their 100% record with victory over Shakhtar Donetsk - Pep Guardiola's side are top of Group F ahead of Donetsk and Napoli, who saw off Feyenoord in Naples.
Group E is presently in the hands of Sevilla following a comfortable win over Maribor, which means the Spaniards are two points ahead of Liverpool, second, and Spartak Moscow, third, after they played out a draw in Russia.
Here's a round-up of the Champions League results with some games to take place.
